Proposal 003 has officially passed, authorizing the reclamation of tokens from Umbra’s Meteora single-sided liquidity pool alongside limited additional mint authority for OTC allocations.
Following the passage of the proposal, we completed the first set of OTC sales.

As part of the next steps in expanding the broader Umbra application ecosystem, we have now launched 3 new platforms on iOS, Android, and Chrome Extension.

The documentation covers how Umbra works from the ground up. Explains the privacy features users get, how stealth addresses are generated, what happens during every transaction flow, and the cryptographic security backing it all. Everything needed to understand and verify Umbra's privacy guarantees.

We're submitting Proposal 002 to fund final security audits and operational infrastructure for mainnet. Private Mainnet launches next week, Public Mainnet next month. The proposal requests $150k for Halborn audits and increases monthly budget to $100k for security monitoring, legal/accounting, and initial anonymity set seeding.

The Umbra team is back from a high-energy week at Breakpoint Abu Dhabi with several key updates to our operations:

• Common source of truth: To ensure a single "source of truth," all official news and product timelines will now be published first on our website’s announcements page.

• New Feedback Portal: We’ve launched a dedicated link to streamline how we collect and implement user ideas and feature requests. This is V1. Expect an upgrade post mainnet.

• Quarterly Reports: We are introducing a structured quarterly reporting format to share core metrics, product progress, and material updates.

• Never miss an update: You can now subscribe via email to receive all major updates directly in your inbox.

At Breakpoint in Abu Dhabi, we spent a ton of time with some of the best Solana eco teams, shared our vision for Umbra, and explored potential integrations.

We also hosted our first IRL meetup. A private dinner for friends of Umbra, Arcium, fintech/privacy operators, and builders in Abu Dhabi. We'll definitely be planning some more across different cities as we get closer to mainnet

Umbra's entire on-chain protocol completed a comprehensive security audit with Halborn, one of the most trusted names in blockchain security. This was our first external review of Umbra's cryptographic logic before mainnet launch.
